Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with NovaNAD EU. Please read this Shipping Policy carefully before placing your order. By placing an order, you agree to the terms below.


Order processing and dispatch

  • We process and dispatch all orders within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed.

  • Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

  • Compounded or special‑formulation products may take longer to prepare. Dispatch for those items will occur as soon as they are ready.


Shipping & delivery within the EU

  • We ship throughout the European Union.

  • Delivery times vary by destination, courier availability, and local factors such as public holidays or local processing.

  • Estimated EU delivery timeframe: typically 3–10 business days after dispatch, but delivery dates are not guaranteed.

  • Delays caused by couriers, customs checks or local regulations are outside our control.


International shipping (outside the EU)

  • International shipments are possible depending on the destination and applicable laws.

  • Delivery times depend on the destination country’s procedures and can vary widely.

  • We do not guarantee delivery dates for international orders, nor assume liability for delays.


Customs, duties, and import regulations

  • For shipments crossing borders, you are responsible for complying with local laws, customs rules, and import regulations in your country.

  • This includes ensuring the products you order are permitted for import into your destination.

  • We do not accept responsibility or liability for shipments held, delayed, rejected, or confiscated by customs authorities.

Duties, VAT, and other charges

  • All applicable duties, VAT, taxes, or import fees are solely your responsibility.

  • These charges are not included in your order total and will not be paid or reimbursed by NovaNAD EU.


Customs seizures, non‑delivery, or returned shipments

  • We do not offer refunds, replacements, or credits for orders that are:

    • Confiscated by customs

    • Delayed, held, returned to sender, or destroyed by customs or local authorities

    • Blocked or rejected due to local import restrictions

  • By placing an order, you accept that any loss or non‑delivery resulting from customs or import issues is your responsibility.


Incorrect or incomplete shipping address

  • Please ensure your shipping address is accurate and complete at checkout.

  • We are not responsible for lost or misdelivered packages when the address provided is incorrect or incomplete.

  • If a package is returned to us due to incorrect address information or failed delivery attempts, reshipping fees may apply.


Lost or delayed packages

  • Once the order is handed to the courier and tracking is provided, the shipment is under the carrier’s responsibility.

  • We are not liable for courier delays, lost packages, or delivery issues outside our control.

  • We will assist in filing courier claims where possible, but cannot guarantee reimbursement or replacement.
