Return & Refund Policy (EU Compliant)

Effective for all purchases within the European Union

At NovaNAD+, the safety and sterility of our products are our highest priority. Due to the nature of our items—including sterile supplements, peptides, consumables, wellness products, and any item intended for ingestion or bodily use—we cannot accept returns or exchanges once an order has been shipped.

This policy ensures product integrity, prevents contamination risk, and complies with global health and hygiene standards.


No Returns – Health & Hygiene Exception (EU Law)

Under EU consumer law, returns are not permitted for goods that:

  • Are sealed for health protection or hygiene reasons,

  • And have been unsealed or could have been compromised after delivery.

Because our products fall into this category, all sales are final, and we cannot accept returns for:

  • Sterile or consumable health products

  • Supplements, NAD+, peptides, or wellness compounds

  • Any item intended for ingestion or bodily use

  • Opened, unopened, or unused vials, capsules, sprays, or sealed containers

This applies even if the packaging is unused or unopened, as sterility cannot be verified once the product leaves our controlled facility.


Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue.

You must notify us within 48 hours of delivery, with photos or videos of the issue.

If approved, we will provide either:

  • A replacement, or

  • A store credit, depending on the situation.

Returns will NOT be required, as health-sensitive products cannot be shipped back.


European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period (Limited Exception)

EU customers normally have the right to cancel an order within 14 days.
However, this right does NOT apply to:

  • Sealed goods that are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons once unsealed (Directive 2011/83/EU, Article 16(e)).

  • Products that by their nature cannot be returned safely, including sterile consumables.

Because all NovaNAD+ products fall under this exception, the 14-day cooling-off period does not permit returns.

If you cancel your order before it ships, we will issue a full refund.
Once the order has been dispatched, it is no longer eligible for cancellation.


Refunds (Only for Pre-Shipment Cancellations or Faulty Items)

Refunds are only issued in the following cases:

1. Cancellation before shipment

If your order has not left our warehouse yet.

2. Damaged/defective/incorrect item

If approved after review by our support team.

Refunds (if applicable) will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Bank processing times may vary.
